First served to the wife of Japan's Prime Minister during the G8 World Summit in Toronto, the Celebrity Dinner features fresh seasonal local ingredients as well as those imported from Japan. Exquisitely prepared and artfully presented, the Celebrity Dinner is a modern interpretation of the ubiquitous Japanese cuisine.
